Are you a Carer?
Do you provide care, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without your support? If you do then you are a Carer and we can support you with your caring role.
Please let your GP or our Reception Team know that you are a carer. We can then add you to our Carer’s Register and discuss how best we can support you.
There is also support available from Involve Carers who are a point of contact for carers living in the West Kent area needing support, information and assistance.
