- There is currently no ‘walk-in’ service; instead we have a telephone triage system.
- Please call us weekdays between 8am and 10.00am to request a call-back from a clinician.
- The clinician will decide if a face-to-face consultation is appropriate and will book an appointment.
- On days when there is exceptionally high demand, we may not be able to offer a consultation if we reach capacity for the day.
Our nurses and health care assistants can be fully booked with pre-bookable appointments; it is not advisable to expect an urgent same day appointment with them.
