There are 4 ways to request your repeat prescriptions, these are:
Online or website requests – In order to request your prescription through the website, you will need to register for our on-line services. A form is available in surgery to complete. Once this is completed, please hand it to one of our reception staff. This will be processed and be ready for collection within the next couple of days. You will need to bring two forms of identification with you including one with your current address on when collecting your log in details.
Once you are registered you can click on the box on the home page of this website. Or go directly to the Login page on this link.
By Hand – Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection after 2 working days. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).
By Post – Send in your request by post and if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we can send the prescription back to you. Please allow 2 working days not including the postage time.
By email – please email email@example.com
By Fax – Repeat medication requests can also be faxed. We require two working days to process repeat medication requests.
We dispense medication to those patients who live further than a mile from a pharmacy and those who are unable to collect their medication due to serious difficulty. If you would like more details regarding this service, please speak to Karen in dispensary.
Routine repeat prescriptions normally take at least 48 hours to process!
Please allow an extra day for any acute items that may not be listed on your repeat medication slip!
Emergency prescriptions – If you need a prescription in an emergency, please speak to one of our receptionists and we will try and help you.
